Marcia D. Swartz, RN, LNC, MFS is the founder of MDS Legal Nurse Consulting, LLC. She has been a legal nurse consultant for over seven years and has reviewed thousands of cases in her career.

Prior to establishing her own consulting business, she had been a neonatal nurse for thirteen years in and around the Trenton, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. areas. She also has had five years experience working full time at a busy law firm.
